Accounts receivable and accounts payable accounting

Cash management

Verification, coding and recording of incoming invoices as well as creation and verification of outgoing invoices

Customer master data maintenance in the merchandise management system, such as delivery address, e-mail addresses, evaluation indicators, etc.

Dunning and receivables management

Support VAT accounting (quarterly)

Support debt collection

Support monthly/annual accounting

Other administrative tasks, including mail, filing, ordering office supplies, etc.

Completed commercial basic training

Solid professional experience in accounting

Good MS Office skills as well as experience with a merchandise management system

Precise and reliable working method as well as a high sense of responsibility
