Your tasks

• Consultation talks in the areas of numbers, saving, provision and savings investment
  including active cross-selling (360° advice)
• Personal support of private customers at the counter including cash management and operation of ATMs
• Referral of potential customers to the responsible specialist advisors
• Administrative and professional support of our customer advisors in the private and individual customer area
• Development of our team customers as well as the possibility to build up your own customer portfolio
• Preparation of onboarding documents and active processing of sales impulses

What you bring

• Completed commercial basic training, banking training is an advantage
• Experience as a private customer advisor or in advising on financial topics
• Customer-oriented personality
• Initiative and willingness to perform
• Pleasant manners, communicative and resilient
