Head of Nursing

Within SEEBURG, the EICHE retirement and nursing home as well as the internal Spitex are organised as the NURSING department, which together provide a comprehensive and holistic care and support structure for the residents.
For the responsible position of department head, we are looking for a committed leader who ensures and further develops the quality of care both in the retirement and nursing home and in the internal Spitex.
Tasks to be done
- Implementation of the strategy and business objectives as well as the professional, personnel, organisational and financial management of the EICHE retirement and nursing home and the internal Spitex
- Creation, development and implementation of professional concepts
- Operation and expansion of a permeable care offering including management of the necessary projects and process optimisations
- Ensuring legally compliant and efficient care and billing processes
- Ensuring a meaningful and, as far as possible, self-determined daily life for the residents
- Controlling quality and productivity
- Representing SEEBURG's interests (lobbying) and supporting appropriate public relations work
What we expect from you
- Completed higher vocational training (tertiary) in the health sector with corresponding leadership experience
- Experience in the areas of Spitex and long-term care
- High social competence; an initiative-taking, solution-oriented and flexible personality with the ability to drive change and shape innovations
- Very good communication skills
- Very good MS Office skills
