You are the central contact person for financial questions regarding direct real estate investments and the cost structures of real estate management.
You are responsible for internal and external portfolio reporting and continuously develop reporting processes and data structures.
You prepare ad-hoc analyses and management presentations and coordinate internal stakeholders as well as external service providers.
You manage quarterly closings, budget and forecast processes, and contribute to the performance management of real estate portfolios.
You work closely with portfolio management, head of real estate, and international real estate units and act as a finance sparring partner.
You coordinate external real estate valuations and manage the relevant valuation processes and appraisers.
You are responsible for data management in portfolio management systems and represent finance topics in portfolio and management presentations.
Qualifications:
You have at least five years of relevant professional experience with an institutional real estate asset manager or in the field of alternative investments.
You hold a degree in business administration or a commercial apprenticeship; further training in real estate or investment is an advantage.
You have very good MS Office skills and ideally experience with IAZI REPM, Immopac or comparable portfolio management systems.
You convince with a strong affinity for numbers, interconnected thinking, and interest in data, digitalisation, and the use of AI models.
You communicate fluently in German and English; knowledge of French or Italian is an advantage.
