Service Technician 100% (m/f/d)

What is my role?

As a service technician, you will work both in the field (70%) and in the office (30%). In the field, you take care of service, maintenance, and repairs of our product range in Switzerland and neighbouring countries. You handle the installation and commissioning of new devices and support sales. In the office, you are the first point of contact for customer enquiries via telephone, WhatsApp, and email. You solve technical problems remotely, manage spare parts, and support the team with in-house assembly and production.

What do I need to be successful?

• Completed technical training with a Federal VET Diploma (e.g. as a polymechanic, automation technician, or equivalent)

• Good IT and electrical knowledge

• Genuine enthusiasm for technology

• Customer-oriented and independent working style

• Reliable and resilient personality

• Team spirit and hands-on mentality

• Willingness to work overtime for larger installations

• Ideally, previous experience as a service technician
