Job Description

• In the modern injection moulding department with 30 machines, you can expect varied and responsible tasks.
• Your main duties include setting up and adjusting the machines, especially the Aarburg machines, as well as carrying out sampling and material tests.
• You are responsible for process optimisation and monitor series production to ensure the quality of our products.
• In the event of disruptions in series production, you are the first point of contact and resolve these quickly and efficiently.
• Your teamwork is crucial to achieving production targets and increasing efficiency.

• You have completed training in the plastics industry, ideally as a plastics technologist or plastics moulder specialising in injection moulding.
• You are willing to work in a two-shift system.
• Your working style is independent and goal-oriented, and you are a team player with high social competence, commitment, and dynamism.
