You install, configure, and maintain workstation systems, servers, network components, and peripheral devices
You support users with IT issues in 1st and 2nd level support - by phone, remotely, or on site
You analyse and resolve hardware, software, and network faults and coordinate complex requests with internal specialists and external partners
You maintain documentation, operating manuals, and inventory data and contribute to the introduction of new IT solutions
You create small scripts and helper tools to automate routine tasks
Qualifications:
You have a completed apprenticeship as an IT specialist EFZ (support/system technology) or equivalent and bring initial experience in IT support, ideally in the Microsoft environment
You have basic knowledge of Windows client/server systems, Microsoft 365, networks, and peripheral devices
You enjoy direct customer contact and solving technical challenges
You work independently, reliably, and as part of a team
You have good German skills, English skills are an advantage, and hold a category B driving licence
