As a working student in Transaction Management, you support our team in the purchase and sales processes of real estate, work with relevant market data, and gain direct insight into the management of transactions throughout the entire lifecycle.

What you achieve

• Responsibility for digital and analogue data management as well as quality assurance and archiving of property and transaction data
• Preliminary review of incoming real estate offers based on defined criteria and rejection of unsuitable offers
• Maintenance and updating of information in our transaction management tool "POV"
• Support in acquisition and divestment processes throughout the entire transaction cycle
• Procurement, preparation, and structuring of relevant data and documents for ongoing transactions
• Support of the team in analyses, presentations, and administrative tasks

What you bring

• Ongoing Bachelor’s or Master’s degree, ideally in Real Estate, Business Administration, Economics, Civil Engineering, Architecture, or a comparable field
• Interest in real estate investments and transaction business
• Structured, reliable, and careful working style
• High affinity for data, digital tools, and administrative processes
• Analytical thinking and quick comprehension
• Proactive personality with enthusiasm for taking responsibility and contributing own ideas
• Very good German skills as well as good English skills in spoken and written form
