- You maintain regular communication with the region’s retirement and nursing homes and coordinate the home doctor visits ensured by your medical team
- You actively contribute to the medical and organisational development of the practice, bringing in your experience and ideas
Your competencies:
- You hold a specialist title in General Internal Medicine and have solid experience in outpatient general medical care
- Strong leadership and social skills as well as enjoyment in professionally and personally leading an interdisciplinary practice team
- Your organisational strength and communication skills help you reliably coordinate collaboration with external partners
- Entrepreneurial thinking, initiative, and interest in actively shaping the medical and organisational development of the practice
Your benefits:
- Shape your workload to suit your life: You can flexibly choose between 60 and 100%
- Start in an established, regionally well-anchored practice with a large existing patient base and well-coordinated collaboration with the surrounding retirement centres
- Benefit from an attractive remuneration model with a fixed salary of over CHF 200,000
- Determine your start date to suit your personal situation: Entry is possible immediately or from 2027
