The "Client Channels" division is responsible for the future-proof and secure design of our digital and physical channels, respectively the customer interfaces for an efficient and effective customer experience.
You take on a central role in the "Client Channels" area in shaping our digital onboarding and product opening processes.
Together with an interdisciplinary team of experts, you drive the professional conception and design of these processes forward. With your proven experience, you design simple, secure, and user-centered solutions, thus contributing to seamless, future-proof customer experiences.
Your tasks
- Strategically designing digital onboarding and product opening processes with a focus on user-friendliness, efficiency, and future viability
- Analyzing existing workflows, identifying improvement potentials, and developing clear, innovative process visions and actionable solutions along the entire process chain
- Working closely with UI/UX experts in developing compelling storylines and conducting user tests
- Proactively coordinating and collaborating with internal and external stakeholders, including product management, sales, IT, legal & compliance
- Ensuring compliance with legal, regulatory, and security-related requirements in process design
Your profile
- University degree (Uni/FH) in business informatics, computer science, business administration, or a comparable field
- At least 8 years of professional experience in the field of digital channels or digital banking, with a significant part focused on digital client lifecycle and opening processes
- Experience as a business analyst/engineer in a comparable environment
- Ability to translate strategic goals into concrete measures and innovative solutions with a good understanding of user-centered design
- Technical understanding of modern IT architectures as well as the ability to communicate on equal footing with architecture managers and developers and actively shape the interaction of key components
- Strong communication skills to effectively collaborate with different stakeholders (e.g., product management, sales, IT, legal & compliance) and clearly convey complex issues
- Open-minded, empathetic personality with team player qualities, high independence, strong self-motivation, and a solution-oriented working style
- Very good German language skills
