About the job
Ensuring an orderly daily routine for the inmates Maintaining peace and order within the institution Caring for inmates within the daily structures and various forms of enforcement according to the principle of dynamic security. You are the first point of contact for inmates' concerns You conduct transports of inmates to external appointments You perform administrative tasks, such as recording personal data, writing reports, maintaining the daily journal, etc.
A completed vocational training (EFZ) You have already completed the "Specialist in Correctional Services" training or are willing to undertake it You bring prior knowledge and experience in the security or care sector You enjoy working with people, have good manners, empathy and assertiveness, high physical and mental resilience, willingness to work irregular shifts, and an impeccable reputation You have a positive attitude towards modern penal enforcement (dynamic security) You possess good IT skills and hold a category B driving licence We would appreciate foreign language skills
