• Process individual customer requests using modern 3D planning software, from the concept phase to production readiness
• Comprehensively manage projects, including production, installation, and customer contact up to the final invoice
• Competently and sympathetically support customer advice in the showroom
• Be responsible for schedules and budgets and ensure a smooth process on the construction site

• Completed carpenter training with further education or relevant professional experience in work preparation or project planning
• Strong communication skills and enjoyment of team-oriented exchange
• Structured and detail-oriented working style with a customer and business focus
• Perseverance and a strong desire for continuous professional development
• Initial knowledge in sales or costing or the willingness to familiarise yourself with these areas
