We are looking immediately or by arrangement for our nursing department with 36 residents for a committed, empathetic, structured and strong leadership personality as
Department Head Nursing (80–100 %)

Your tasks
- Leadership, coaching and advising a nursing team
- Responsibility for the nursing process and needs-oriented care and support in collaboration with relatives
- Managing the dementia department
- Interprofessional collaboration with all parties involved in care and support
- Participation in internal projects
- Working in nursing
- RAI responsibility
Your profile
- Completed training as a qualified nurse (HF / FH).
- Solid expertise, ideally experience in elderly and long-term care
- Leadership experience
- Completed leadership training or motivation to complete it.
- You enjoy organising and are structured
- User knowledge in RAI/RUG and willingness to train as a RAI supervisor
- Sense of responsibility, creativity, flexibility and humour
- High self- and social competence
- Assertiveness and organisational skills
- Gerontological knowledge
