• Advice and support for men imprisoned in the correctional facility within the framework of risk-oriented sanction enforcement, taking into account operational and legal conditions (Case Management)
• Assuming client-related tasks: entry interviews, development of enforcement planning and review of goal achievement, cost carrier clarifications, conducting offence processing interviews, organisation of leave, support with administrative matters, release planning
• Interface to internal and external agencies
• Documentation of case management and diverse reporting

What you bring:

• University of Applied Sciences degree in Social Work and several years of experience in social work, preferably with clients in a coercive context
• High resilience, teamwork skills and goal-oriented working style
• Conscious handling of closeness and distance
• Confident written and oral expression in German, good knowledge of at least one other language and good IT user skills (Microsoft Office)
• Impeccable reputation (criminal and debt register extracts without entries) and minimum age of 30 years

Your working environment

At the Lenzburg Correctional Facility , persons sentenced to imprisonment or to a custodial measure are cared for. The facility offers 380 enforcement places for closed enforcement, pre-trial detention and short sentences.

The prison has 199 detention places for men serving longer prison sentences, imprisoned early or housed in the special enforcement unit SITRAK I (high security).

Security, order and calm are ensured by the enforcement officers in the care and security service and specific specialist services, including the prison social service.
