Specialist After Sales & Spare Parts Management 100% (m/f/d)

What is my role?

• Technical spare parts management for high-precision machines and systems throughout their entire service life

• Processing customer enquiries and determining suitable replacement and wear components

• Clarification of compatibility and technical alternative solutions in collaboration with engineering, service and purchasing

• Creation and management of structured spare parts documentation in the ERP system

• Design of standardised spare parts sets and maintenance kits for existing systems

• Strategic orientation for proactive marketing and stock management based on machine inventory and customer needs

• Ensuring high-quality master data and continuous improvement of data structures

• Committed participation in process optimisation

What do I need to be successful?

• Completed technical basic training as a polymechanic, automation technician or designer with further training as a technician HF, BA in electrical engineering or mechanical engineering

• Profound technical understanding of sophisticated mechatronic systems

• Preferably professional experience in technical spare parts management, customer service, after sales or engineering

• Proficient use of ERP systems and master data management

• Analytical and methodical approach with an interest in research activities

• Very good German and English skills, spoken and written, French an advantage
