Your varied range of duties includes, among others:
Building a personal relationship with each child
Documenting each child’s developmental status
Targeted support in physical and psychological areas
Creating a varied group life
Warm contact with parents
Supporting the daycare manager in planning and conducting child and parent activities
Co-creating and shaping a modern and innovative daycare center
For this exciting position, you bring the following profile:
Further training as a specialist in childcare, an adequate, Switzerland-recognized
qualification.
Native German or English speaker, combined with German or English skills
Reliability and loyalty
Communication and organizational talent
Team-oriented, flexible, and cheerful nature
Good MS Office skills and initial experience in administration
