What you will do
- Training and support of vocational learners in the 1st and 2nd year of apprenticeship
- Conveying professional, methodological, and social competence
- Promoting, developing, and supporting learners in their personal development
- Collaboration with other trainers
- Handling production orders from A-Z with the learners
- Workplace is Baden
What you bring - Joy and ability to work with adolescents and young adults
- Completed training as automation technicians EFZ
- Min. 2 years of professional experience in automation
- Good knowledge in PLC and electrical manufacturing
- Completed pedagogical further education (SVEB1, trainer or equivalent) or the
- Completed higher vocational education with federal diploma or the willingness to acquire this
- High social, professional, and methodological competence as well as entrepreneurial thinking and action
- Team ability, independence, and flexibility
