About the job
For our day centre in Liestal, we are looking for immediate start or by arrangement
SRK Care Assistants as Supervisors
hourly wage / approx. 20-40% annual working time
Your tasks:
• You support the guests in everyday activities during their stay (care and supervision).
• You assist with the daily programme including activation.
• You carry out the necessary documentation (progress reports).
Your profile:
• You hold the SRK Care Assistant certificate.
• You enjoy working with elderly or impaired people (e.g. dementia, MS, Parkinson’s, CVI etc.) and approach them with empathy and patience.
• You are motivated to provide guests with a varied stay.
• You are creative and enthusiastic about developing and implementing daily activities and activation with the guests. Ideally, you have completed further training in activation, e.g. the course "Specialist in activating daily activities – Focus on dementia".
• You are flexible with your time and willing to work different shifts (daytime, Monday–Friday).
