In January 2026, Senevita Birsgarten will open in Reinach /BL. We offer a total of 88 care places (22 protected department), 52 apartments for assisted living, and a restaurant in an idyllic location with very good public transport connections. We are looking for a motivated and team-oriented personality as of January 1, 2026.
Team Leader Housekeeping 80-100%
Your Tasks
- Professional, personnel, and organizational leadership of housekeeping with the areas of cleaning and laundry (resident laundry)
- Efficient, professional organization of processes in housekeeping
- Guidance and control of the staff in the area
- Conducting team meetings, internal reports, and training
- Staff deployment planning and time recording of the team
- Responsibility in vocational training of apprentices in housekeeping EFZ and EBA
- Organization and participation in the professional cleaning of public areas, senior apartments, and the care department
- Responsible for the professional compliance with hygiene regulations and processes
What You Bring
- Completed training (EFZ) as a specialist in housekeeping / hotel housekeeping or comparable
- Professional and leadership experience (preferably from APH, hospital, etc.)
- Service-oriented and team-oriented personality with high social competence
- Empathy and flair in dealing with older people
- Independent, goal-oriented, and structured way of working
- Good IT skills (MS Office)
- German language skills in spoken and written form
