What is my role?

• Leadership and further development of an experienced specialist team as well as support of change processes

• Responsibility for the handling of complex benefit cases in cases of disability and death

• Professional and systemic further development of the benefits service including process optimisation

• Promotion of goal-oriented collaboration and cross-departmental cooperation

• Participation in operational day-to-day business and professional support in demanding issues

• Sound expertise in the benefits area of occupational pension provision and experience in assessing disability and death benefits

• Leadership experience and the ability to support experienced employees

• Clear communication as well as a confident manner in demanding situations

• Strong process and system understanding as well as entrepreneurial, solution-oriented thinking
