• International transport handling
• Negotiating freight prices
• Clarifying appointments, requirements, and transport details
• Preparing all relevant transport documents (delivery note, waste accompanying documents, CMR, etc.)
• Customs clearance
• Invoice control & complaint processing
• Support and representation within the team

• Training as a road transport specialist or freight forwarding agent, commercial clerk
• Several years of professional experience as a dispatcher (advantageous in international cargo traffic)
• Sound knowledge of customs procedures and commodity classification
• Solution-oriented and flexible team player who keeps a cool head even in hectic moments
• Quick comprehension, high resilience & a precise, structured way of working
• Very good international geographical knowledge – you know the way
• IT-savvy with confident MS Office skills
• Very good German skills in spoken and written form; Italian and/or French are a plus
