Weisse Arena Bergbahnen AG is a subsidiary of the Weisse Arena Group, Laax. It is responsible for the construction and operation of the tourist transport facilities and operates 30 installations (aerial cableways, gondola lifts, chairlifts, ski lifts). Furthermore, it includes snowmaking, the preparation of 215 km of pistes as well as parks and pipes, the rescue service, and lift ticket sales.

• You are a central contact person for our guests and ensure professional service at our points of sale with your friendly and competent manner.
• You advise our guests about the offers of the LAAX destination and find the right solution for their concerns.
• You sell tickets, subscriptions, and other products and also assist our guests with questions about online bookings.
• You manage your cash register responsibly, prepare correct daily accounts, and support weekly and monthly checks.
• You handle guest concerns such as refunds, damage cases, and general inquiries independently and solution-oriented.
• You support the POS team in daily business and help out at other points of sale if needed.
• You ensure that sales and consumable materials as well as the necessary work equipment are always available.
• After appropriate training, you take on further tasks in the POS area, for example in training, documentation, controls, or internal projects.
• You work closely with various internal departments and contribute to a smooth operation at our points of sale.
• You have completed vocational training, ideally with experience in the service or tourism sector.
• You speak fluent German and English. Knowledge of Italian or French is a plus.
• You enjoy direct guest contact and create unforgettable guest experiences with your friendly and professional manner.
• Even in hectic situations, you remain calm, keep an overview, and find suitable solutions.
• You work independently, reliably, and are at the same time a true team player.
• Irregular working hours as well as shifts on weekends and public holidays are natural for you.
