You are a Health Specialist EFZ, enjoy working in long-term care and want to professionally support apprentices? For our client, a new, modern senior centre with around 100 care places, we are looking for a professional who wants to combine vocational training and nursing practice.
Requirements Profile
- Health Specialist EFZ
- Trainer course or willingness to complete it
- Professional experience in long-term care
- Enjoyment in supporting and promoting apprentices
- Independent and structured way of working
Tasks
- Support and promotion of 2 to 3 FaGe apprentices
- Conducting learning support and qualification discussions
- Collaboration with residential group management and educational responsibility
- Training and documentation tasks with 1 to 2 office days per month
- Participation in the care and support of residents
