Mikron Machining is the leading operator in customised and highly productive manufacturing systems for the production of complex and high-precision metal components.
For our After Sales Service, we are looking for an Electrical & Software Engineer 100% (m/f/d) to join our office in Agno.
Main responsibilities:
- Respond promptly to customer needs, ensuring quick response times
- Provide the necessary technical assistance remotely or on-site so that the customer can restore the correct functioning of the machine
- Participate in development projects for Service Solutions products (upgrade, retrofit & digital service)
- Collaborate in the preparation of offers and the execution of projects
- Promote the sale of Mikron Service products
- Work with the technical area to resolve and prevent future issues on machines (product care support)
- Training courses for Mikron customers
Your profile:
- Degree in mechatronics or electronics
- Knowledge of PLC programming logic
- Basic CNC knowledge
- Knowledge and reading of electrical diagrams
- Experience in electrical wiring
- Good knowledge of English
- Willingness to travel (min 60% per year)
Preferred qualifications:
- Knowledge of Bosch - Siemens - Fanuc – Mitsubishi platforms
- Previous experience in a similar role
- Programming HMIs & SCADA
- Knowledge of German
