Product Manager in Timber Construction (m/f/d)
Salary - CHF95,000 - 115,000Our client is an established trading company focused on technical products and solutions for the construction and craft environment. In addition to a broad range of products, the company supports its customers with sound advice, practical services, and a high level of service orientation. Quality, reliability, and long-term customer relationships are central to their approach.
Role:
For our ROCKEN partner, you will be responsible for the further development of a technical product portfolio in timber construction. You observe market changes, develop the range further, and accompany products throughout their entire lifecycle.
Responsibilities:
Analyse market and industry trends and derive new product potentials
Further develop the product range based on market and customer requirements
Evaluate, introduce, and accompany new products until market launch
Maintain and update product information, master data, and technical documents
Ensure communication with suppliers, sales, and other internal departments
Attend specialist events and industry gatherings for market observation and networking
Support product training and technical information for internal contacts
Qualifications:
Completed apprenticeship in timber construction with further training in technical or business administration fields
Experience in product management or solid industry knowledge in timber construction
Technical understanding of products and applications in the construction environment
Analytical and structured working style
Good knowledge of Microsoft 365 applications
Very good German skills; French and English are advantageous
