Job Description

• Drive the expansion of your sectors in the Baden region
• Acquire new customers and proactively manage existing customer relationships
• Recruit qualified specialists
• Conduct job interviews and select suitable applicants
• Carry out customer visits and site inspections
• Administrative and organisational tasks during employees' work assignments

We expect

• Completed apprenticeship in a construction or craft profession or training in sales or business administration with sound knowledge of the construction industry
• Driving licence category B - mandatory, so you can be flexible when visiting customers
• Experience in the industry is an advantage but not essential
• Enjoyment of telephone and personal interaction with people
• Regional roots in the Baden area and good local knowledge
