Accurate and tariff-compliant recording of medical services is crucial for transparent and sustainable revenue assurance. Performance management supports service providers in clinical daily routine, analyses and reviews documented services, and develops data-based evaluations and optimisations. In close interprofessional collaboration, the team strengthens the quality and traceability of service billing.

Your engagement here
- advising and supporting departments on professional and technical questions regarding service recording, billing, and rejections
- taking on the professional application responsibility for the billing tool and its UM systems, ensuring their smooth operation and further development
- ensuring the quality and completeness of outpatient service recording through targeted controls and analyses
- actively participating in cross-departmental projects and contributing your expertise in process optimisations
- conducting general and personal training on service recording (V6), including imparting tariff knowledge
- application responsibility and support for all IBI-care systems
- interdisciplinary collaboration within clinical support
You
- have completed commercial or medical basic training (e.g. insurance specialist, MPA or FaGe) with strong administrative skills
- have at least 1 year of professional experience
- possess extensive knowledge of outpatient medical tariffs as well as other outpatient tariff systems
- are confident in the independent and correct application of tariffs
- have a structured, responsible, and reliable working style
- are a team-oriented personality with a strong sense of responsibility
- possess networked thinking as well as a proactive and solution-oriented approach
