- Participation in IT projects or leading sub-projects
- Gathering requirements (Requirements Engineering)
- Conducting change and release management for assigned applications and ensuring their operation
- 2nd level support and incident management in collaboration with internal and external partners
- Good knowledge in the SQL area
- Experience in supporting M365 and Dynamics CRM
- Knowledge of programming languages (Java, Javascript or others) is an advantage
- Experience in application management or IT project management
- Experience with agile methods is an advantage
- Very good German and English skills, both spoken and written
- Flat hierarchies, modern corporate culture and collegial team

Responsibilities
- Technical maintenance and further development of our application landscape (M365 / Dynamics CRM / Dynamics Business Central)- Participation in IT projects or leading sub-projects

Profile
- Completed studies in computer science (HF, FH, University) or business informatics or equivalent education- Good knowledge in the SQL area
- Experience in supporting M365 and Dynamics CRM

- Experience in application management or IT project management
- Experience with agile methods is an advantage
- Very good German and English skills, both spoken and written
