Responsibilities

• Carry out bespoke carpentry and cabinetmaking work.
• Manufacture and assemble fitting elements, furniture, and wooden structures.
• Read and interpret technical plans and manufacturing files.
• Use traditional and CNC machines with precision.
• Perform cutting, machining, assembly, adjustment, and finishing tasks.
• Control the quality of parts and ensure deadlines are met.
• Collaborate with production and installation teams.
• Comply with safety rules, internal procedures, and Swiss quality standards.

Qualifications

• CFC as a carpenter/cabinetmaker or equivalent recognised training in Switzerland.
• Professional experience in carpentry, cabinetmaking, or fitting-out.
• Good command of plan reading and wood machining techniques.
• Comfortable using workshop machines and precision tools.
• Attention to detail, quality awareness, and pride in well-done work.
• Autonomy, reliability, and team spirit.
• Good physical condition and respect for safety instructions.
• Driving licence, mandatory.
