Your Tasks

• Management of general planner mandates and central contact person for the client throughout all project phases
• Leadership and coordination of the interdisciplinary planning team as well as ensuring clear interfaces, responsibilities and decision-making paths
• Control of quality, costs and deadlines including early detection and handling of deviations and project risks
• Contract, fee and change order management for the general planner mandate as well as coordination and leadership of external specialist planners
• Client consulting and project communication including preparation of decision-making bases, reporting and moderation of project participants

Your Strengths

• Completed studies as a civil engineer, architect or comparable technical education with several years of experience in managing demanding construction and planning projects
• Strong understanding of interdisciplinary planning processes as well as good knowledge of Swiss planning and construction processes and relevant SIA regulations
• High project management competence in the areas of organisation, deadlines, costs, quality, contracts and risks
• Strong leadership, communication and negotiation skills as well as confident appearance towards clients and project partners
• Entrepreneurial, structured and solution-oriented working style with a high sense of responsibility and enjoyment in leading interdisciplinary teams
