You possess comprehensive expertise in plant care and have already gained experience in personnel management. Personal contact with our customers is important to you, and you appreciate a working environment surrounded by long-standing and experienced colleagues. In this role, you are not only responsible for the maintenance and design of gardens but also for advising our customers on the best plant selection and care practices. Your ability to contribute innovative ideas and find creative solutions is highly valued in this position. Additionally, you are capable of arguing persuasively and successfully negotiating with demanding customers.
