Team Leader Support Mittelland (all)

You combine leadership with organisational talent and want to actively further develop regional support? In this versatile role, you lead your team of six employees, ensure smooth processes, and support our network construction teams in administrative and technical matters.

Your area of responsibility

• You lead the support team professionally and personally and plan the available resources proactively
• As the central contact person, you ensure the administrative and technical service business in the region – with a focus on public lighting
• You are also responsible for administrative support as well as the regional receptions
• The quality of the work performed as well as compliance with relevant regulations, standards, and safety requirements are your responsibility
• At the interface with internal specialist departments, you coordinate regional concerns and support procurement, work equipment, and ICT applications
• With reliable order and cost control, you contribute to efficient service delivery

What you bring

• You have a commercial basic education with a technical flair and ideally further training in business administration or management
• Alternatively, you have a technical basic education, administrative knowledge, and commercial further training, for example as a Technical Salesperson
• You bring leadership experience and a good understanding of administrative and technical contexts; industry knowledge (energy – public lighting) is an advantage
• With your IT affinity, you quickly find your way around new systems and applications. Ideally, you already have in-depth knowledge of SAP and Microsoft 365
• A structured and solution-oriented way of working, clear communication, and team spirit characterise you
• You communicate confidently in German, both orally and in writing; knowledge of French is an advantage
