The Lerchenbühl Foundation is a socio-economic, politically and denominationally neutral foundation based in Burgdorf. With a comprehensive coaching, education and housing offer, we support and promote children, adolescents and young adults with special needs as they start their future. The goal is as self-determined and sustainable a life and career design as possible. The focus of our work is on educational, professional and social inclusion.
For our special primary school, in the upper level, we are looking for a motivated intern from August 2026, limited until July 2027.

Tasks
You support the teachers of a class with 6–8 schoolchildren and participate in the design of lessons. In doing so, you also accompany individual pupils in one-to-one settings. In addition, you are involved in the annual camp or project week as well as at celebrations and regularly attend team meetings. Your tasks also include helping with the lunch table and break supervision.
Requirements
You enjoy shaping the everyday life of young people in challenging life situations and at the same time bring the curiosity to get to know the setting of a special primary school as well as the close cooperation with social pedagogy, training companies and job coaching. High social competence, independence, a healthy sense of humour, flexibility and a balanced personality complete your profile. You are at least 18 years old and ideally hold a category B driving licence.
