To prepare you optimally for this exciting challenge, your entry starts for several months at our location in Zurich. Here you get to know our corporate culture, immerse yourself in our processes and benefit from the knowledge of experienced colleagues to build the necessary know-how and later successfully start in the St. Gallen region.

As soon as you and your team are well trained, you will move to St. Gallen to independently further develop the region there. You work together, support each other and bring in your individual strengths to establish a strong presence in the region and shape success together.
