Under the direction of the HR PMO & Advisory & Change, you will part of HR Transformation projects and programs with organizational impact
Lead the planning and implementation of all HR Transformation processes and programs
Facilitate the definition of the HR Transformation project scope, goals and deliverables and provide direction and support to internal and external project team members
Develop and maintain full scale project plans, schedules, and deliverables implementation timelines to ensure effective project management
Plan and schedule program implementation timelines, define program tasks and resource requirements, including roles and responsibilities definition
Be the focal point of the HR Department for all HR Transformation budgeting and Forecasting matters
Lead tender process for external providers and manage external suppliers involved in the relevant programs
Track multiple program deliverables using appropriate project and change management tools
Implement and manage program changes and interventions to achieve expected outputs
Monitor and track service levels with external suppliers for continuous improvement and ensuring defined goals achievement
Profile
English is mandatory
Well-founded work experience in project management capacity
Knowledge of both theoretical and practical aspects of project and program management
Proven exposure and experience with HR Transformation programs, including scope definition, impact assessment, analysis of centralization and automation opportunities and external benchmarking, with a strong focus on service delivery model efficiency
Proven experience in end-to-end management of external vendors in a transformation context; from scope and requirements definition to tenders' set up and lead, assessment of submitted offers and objective decision-making support for senior leadership
Proven experience in strategic planning
Proficient in project management software
Excellent computer skills including Powerpoint, Word and Excel, inter/intra net, and experience in Workday
