About the job
For a traditional, upscale 3* hotel and gastronomy business in the Lenzerheide region, we are looking for a motivated, interested, well-organized, and resilient head chef with experience in Gault Millau cuisine starting in May.
You have completed vocational training as a cook, have experience in upscale seasonal cuisine, and already bring experience in a similar position. You know how to lead and motivate your team, gladly contribute your own ideas, and enjoy your profession. You are responsible for the quality of the dishes, the daily operations in the kitchen, and compliance with the hygiene concept.
Your great strengths include high resilience, social skills, and organizational talent.
Age 30 to 50 years
Languages: German, English
