Service Technician Eastern Switzerland 100% (m/f/d)

What is my role?

• Troubleshooting and resolving faults on machines and systems throughout Switzerland

• Carrying out service, repair and maintenance work

• Assembly and commissioning of machines and systems on site at the customer

• Testing of consumables on site at the customer in cooperation with the sales team

• Conducting customer training and machine demonstrations

• Providing technical support for our internal service team

• Occasional weekend, evening and foreign assignments as well as on-call duty by arrangement

What do I need to be successful?

• Completed vocational training as an automation technician, mechatronics technician, electrician or electronics technician with mechanical knowledge

• Excellent German skills; additional language skills are an advantage

• Basic knowledge of PLC systems, sensors, signal transmission, network connections, etc.

• Strong analytical and technical understanding with a logical and structured approach

• Driving licence class B

• Confident, professional and customer-oriented manner

• Enjoyment of daily personal contact with customers

• Strong team player with excellent communication skills

• Practical working style combined with pronounced interpersonal skills
