Your mission :

• Welcome children and their families in a respectful and caring manner

• Ensure the child's psychological, emotional, and physical safety and well-being

• Have a duty to alert on any breach of safety and well-treatment rules and a duty of prevention and protection of the child

• Collaborate and actively communicate with the site management and the entire educational team

• Share observations with the educational team

• Participate in creating a pleasant working environment respecting the group's values and each individual's personality

Your profile :

• Person aged 20 or older, with proven educational experience with children, or parental experience, or childcare assistance experience of at least 6 months

• French-speaking, with good oral knowledge of English or native English speaker or fluent oral English with good knowledge of French if applying for an English-speaking position

• Interpersonal skills

• Versatility, flexibility, and enthusiasm

• Work ethic and reliability

• Communication skills, listening, and team spirit
