IT Application Manager ERP (m/f/d)

ERP systems only unfold their value when the processes behind them are right. That is exactly what you work on. You are responsible for the ERP and other specialised applications in operation and further development. You independently lead digitalisation and automation projects, including interfaces to webshop and CRM. You analyse processes with sales, logistics, and accounting and optimise them purposefully.
Responsibilities:
You are responsible for the operation, further development, and optimisation of the ERP system as well as other specialised applications
You lead digitalisation and automation projects including interfaces to webshop, CRM, and external suppliers
You work closely with sales, logistics, and accounting and optimise business processes
You provide second- and third-level support and conduct training sessions
You create and maintain process documentation
Additionally, you evaluate and implement new tools and digitalisation solutions with direct impact on the company strategy
Qualifications:
You have a degree or comparable education with a strong IT and supply chain focus
You bring several years of experience as an IT project manager, application manager, or ERP specialist
You have solid ERP knowledge; experience with common ERP systems is an advantage
You ideally know Microsoft 365, cloud services, databases, and interface technologies
You have commercial and logistical process understanding in trade or project business
You speak fluent German and good English;
