To strengthen our team, we are looking for a

Health Specialist for the Psychiatry Department (50-80%)

Your tasks

• You work in direct psychiatric care and strengthen and promote our mentally ill clients in their resources and social contacts
• You support our clients and relatives in crisis situations, during the reintegration process and in coping with everyday life according to the instructions of the responsible contact person
• You share responsibility for the care process and implement it according to the care plan
• You accompany our clients in psychiatric housekeeping, ensuring the target agreements and their implementation
• You identify needs between somatic and psychiatric services, combined with assignments in somatics in case of unclear service needs

Your skills

• Qualification as a Health Specialist EFZ
• You must have professional experience as a Health Specialist in psychiatry
• You are an open-minded and flexible personality who enjoys engaging with people
• You bring good communication skills and confident handling of mobile care documentation (smartphone)
• You think holistically, work independently and responsibly
• You actively participate in the development of care
• Driving licence category B or willingness to travel by e-bike
