RegioSpitex Limmattal is a modern, future-oriented non-profit organisation with around 130 employees, which ensures outpatient care and support for the residents of Dietikon, Schlieren and Urdorf.
To strengthen our team, we are looking for a
Health Specialist for the Psychiatry Department (50-80%)
Your tasks
- You work in direct psychiatric care and strengthen and promote our mentally ill clients in their resources and social contacts
- You support our clients and relatives in crisis situations, during the reintegration process and in coping with everyday life according to the instructions of the responsible contact person
- You share responsibility for the care process and implement it according to the care plan
- You accompany our clients in psychiatric housekeeping, ensuring the target agreements and their implementation
- You identify needs between somatic and psychiatric services, combined with assignments in somatics in case of unclear service needs
Your skills
- Qualification as a Health Specialist EFZ
- You must have professional experience as a Health Specialist in psychiatry
- You are an open-minded and flexible personality who enjoys engaging with people
- You bring good communication skills and confident handling of mobile care documentation (smartphone)
- You think holistically, work independently and responsibly
- You actively participate in the development of care
- Driving licence category B or willingness to travel by e-bike
