In this role as senior specialist physician in oncology, you will shape a demanding and versatile field of activity in a progressive, dynamic and multiprofessional working environment. You ensure oncologically high-quality care characterised by quality, respect and appreciation. You continuously develop your professional and personal expertise and make use of internal as well as external professional-level training opportunities. Responsibilities:
- You take on specialist medical care of oncological patients in the outpatient clinic.
- You ensure holistic care of oncological patients on the wards.
- In this role, you train assistant doctors and promote their professional development.
- You are involved in the planning, implementation and supervision of clinical studies in oncology.
- As senior specialist physician in oncology, you maintain collaboration with external centres and network partners.
Qualifications:
- You have completed or are about to complete specialist training in medical oncology.
- You care for oncological patients with high professional competence and pronounced empathy.
- You enjoy working interdisciplinarily in a team and value continuous professional exchange.
- You always present yourself confidently and politely and have excellent manners.
- You demonstrate a strong quality and service awareness in clinical everyday life.
- You communicate openly, respectfully and understandingly with patients and their relatives.
