Social Media Specialist (M/F)
Mission
Within this role, attached to the Commercial and Marketing division, you will actively participate in the implementation of the social media strategy by managing, analysing and optimising the performance of our content across various platforms to enhance the visibility, engagement and reach of our brand.
In this capacity, you will be involved in managing local and international projects related to product launches, communication campaigns and digital activations, while ensuring compliance with quality standards, budgets and deadlines.
Responsibilities
- Manage and oversee the brand’s presence on social networks according to the annual editorial calendar, ensuring account monitoring and animation as well as performance analysis and reporting.
- Optimise the social media editorial strategy by developing creative concepts, innovative formats and engaging content tailored to the expectations of target audiences.
- Lead and monitor agencies and external partners by preparing briefs and ensuring the quality of deliverables according to our guidelines.
- Manage paid media activations by monitoring and optimising audience targeting, budgets and advertising campaign performance.
- Keep abreast of digital trends, social usage and market best practices to identify new opportunities.
Profile sought
- Bachelor’s degree in marketing or computer science with a specialisation in digital/social media, or any other equivalent and relevant qualification for the role.
- Minimum 7 years’ experience in a similar position.
- Previous experience in the luxury industry or watchmaking sector is desirable.
- Proficiency in managing and animating social media as well as marketing and communication techniques.
- Strong creative component and analysis/performance orientation.
- Comfortable using MS Office, Adobe InDesign and digital tools (Ad servers, Meta, Social Media, Google Analytics, etc.).
- Native French speaker, proficiency in spoken and written English, any other language is an asset.
- Good interpersonal skills, sense of diplomacy.
- Team spirit and ability to work cross-functionally.
- Analytical mind and critical thinking.
- Ability to communicate concisely and effectively.
- Proactive, autonomous and initiative-taking.
