HR Business Partner 80% (m/f/d)
Your tasks
- Recruitment of specialists and managers
- Implementation and support of all personnel processes (excluding payroll)
- Advice and support for employees and managers on personnel, labor law, and process-related issues
- Participation in HR projects and working groups (e.g., BGM, Employer Branding)
- Optimization and further development of HR processes, regulations, and guidelines
Your profile
- Further training as an HR specialist or comparable qualification
- Several years of professional experience in HR at the specialist level
- Experience in healthcare is an advantage
- Initiative, enthusiastic, and team-oriented personality
- Open to change, solution-oriented, and competent in implementation
