- Management of the workshop and customer service at the Hägendorf site
- Responsible for achieving targets and utilisation of the site
- Support of team leaders and ensuring smooth daily operations
- Planning of personnel, orders and resources including deployment and scheduling
- Participation in customer service
- Monitoring order execution, quality, safety and adherence to deadlines
- Active customer care and customer acquisition
What do you need to feel comfortable in the position?
- Completed basic technical training as an automotive mechatronics technician (automotive specialist advantageous)
- Further training as an automotive diagnostician, service advisor or workshop coordinator
- Business management or comparable further training advantageous
- Experience in a leadership, coordination or service role
- Industry experience advantageous (workshop, transport or service sector)
- High customer and service orientation
