Nurse for All Surgical Specialties (M/F)

On behalf of our partner, we are looking for autonomous nurses to undertake temporary assignments across all surgical specialties (orthopaedics, visceral, trauma, etc.). On behalf of our hospital partner, your duties will include the following activities:

• Providing comprehensive and high-quality nursing care to post-operative hospitalised patients.

• Ensuring continuous clinical monitoring, with particular attention to pain management and the monitoring of surgery-specific vital signs.

• Actively collaborating with surgeons, anaesthetists, and the multidisciplinary team to optimise therapeutic follow-up.

• Participating in the planning and personalisation of care plans to meet the precise needs of each patient.

• Anticipating risks and responding calmly and professionally in emergency situations.

To succeed in this trusted reinforcement for our partner, the expected skills are:

• A Bachelor of Science in Nursing or an equivalent qualification.

• Initial experience or a validated background within a surgical department.

• Excellent stress management, a strong sense of priorities, and proven technical rigour.

• Natural interpersonal ease, active listening, and perfect command of French (spoken and written) to interact smoothly with patients and teams.

• Profiles holding a diploma from the EU or EFTA are welcome, subject to recognition by the Swiss Red Cross (SRC) which must be obtained or in the process of validation.
