What you will achieve
In this key role, you bear overall responsibility for the financial management of the company and act as a strategic sparring partner for the executive management and the board of directors.
Your main tasks include:
Financial Governance & Performance
- Overall financial responsibility & governance
- Responsibility for planning, budgeting, forecasting, reporting, and KPI-based corporate management
- Ensuring an effective internal control system, integrated risk management, and audit readiness
- Leading accounting, controlling, taxes, treasury, and ensuring efficient financial processes
- Cash and liquidity management as well as monitoring financial risks
Management Services (area responsibility)
- Procurement: Building and further developing a strategic procurement function with a focus on cost optimization, quality, and compliance
- Human Resources: Developing and implementing a modern people & culture strategy including talent management, workforce planning, compensation & benefits, and HR operations
- Legal & Compliance: Ensuring pragmatic, business-oriented legal governance
- Managing facility management sustainably, qualitatively, and efficiently
Leadership
- Leading and further developing the teams in all responsible functions
- Establishing clear responsibilities, efficient structures, and a performance-oriented corporate culture
- Promoting cross-functional collaboration and continuous improvement
- Active management of external stakeholders (banks, auditors, consultants, authorities, key partners)
Why you will succeed
Experience & Expertise
- Completed studies (university/fachhochschule) in business administration, business informatics, or a comparable field
- Several years of experience as CFO, finance director, or in a comparable top management position
- Solid expertise in controlling, accounting, reporting, liquidity and risk management
- Relevant professional experience from an IT company
- Proven experience in stakeholder management at board or supervisory board level
- Experience in leading procurement, IT, HR, or legal is an advantage
Leadership & Mindset
- Confident, impactful leadership personality with strategic foresight and hands-on mentality
- Analytical and networked thinking as well as strong implementation skills
- Very good communication skills and pronounced stakeholder orientation
- Entrepreneurial, down-to-earth, collaborative, and decisive
- Very good German skills are mandatory
- French or English at a good level is an advantage
