Team Leader Logistics / Small Parts Warehouse 100% (m/f/d)

What is my role?

You lead and develop a team of around 10 employees and actively assist in the operational day-to-day business. You ensure a smooth material flow and monitor compliance with all safety, quality, and process requirements. In doing so, you contribute to process optimisation, implement continuous improvement measures, and take on project management.

What do I need to be successful?

• Completed training and further education in logistics (e.g. logistics specialist or equivalent)

• Several years of experience in operational logistics as well as leadership experience (mandatory)

• Experience with SAP S/4Hana and process optimisations

• Structured, independent, and solution-oriented working style

• Hands-on mentality and enjoyment in getting involved
