Payroll Specialist 100% (m/f/d)

What is my role?

• Execution of the complete monthly payroll including all preparatory and follow-up activities

• Accounting and administration of social security contributions, withholding tax matters as well as year-end declarations

• Support for personnel entries and exits as well as administration of all personnel-related changes

• Processing of accident and sickness notifications in coordination with insurance carriers and relevant authorities

• Verification and management of working time recording and absence data

• Competent contact person for employees and supervisors in all matters relating to payroll and social security

• Active participation in the improvement and further development of national and international HR and payroll processes

• Preparation of statistical evaluations, analyses and reports

What do I need to be successful?

• Completed commercial training supplemented by an additional qualification in human resources, payroll accounting or social security law

• Solid practical experience in Swiss payroll accounting and salary processing

• Sound expertise in social security law, labour law and payroll

• Experienced handling of ERP and payroll systems, preferably Abacus

• Openness to international payroll processes and cooperation with external fiduciary offices

• Proficient German in spoken and written form; solid English and French skills

• Very good knowledge of MS Office applications

• Team-oriented, resilient and conscientious working style
