What to expect

As a commercial apprentice, you will be part of the General Agency Schaffhausen team from day one. You will get to know the insurance industry first-hand and support us in daily tasks. 

What you will achieve with us

The focus of the apprenticeship is your training as a commercial employee in the private insurance sector. Through various department rotations, you will gain a comprehensive insight into the insurance world and, thanks to your curious and open-minded nature, get to know the working day step by step. You will not be left alone in this. A trainer will accompany you throughout your apprenticeship and help you discover the different facets of everyday insurance work. 

What you bring with you

• Secondary school leaving certificate with good grades or intermediate school leaving certificate with very good grades
• Reliable working style and willingness to learn new things
• Team spirit as well as open and friendly interaction with people
• Motivated, curious and enthusiastic personality
• Interest in the insurance world
