Employee: Intralogistics - Returns Department
Tasks
- Acceptance and processing of all returns as well as store returns
- Coordination and communication with internal departments, stores and suppliers
- Booking and documentation of incoming returns in the system
- Support with cross-departmental tasks within logistics
- Ensuring a smooth process in the returns procedure
Requirements
- Training as a logistics specialist EFZ or further training as a logistics professional is an advantage
- Forklift licence (SUVA-approved, categories S2, R1, R2) or willingness to obtain one
- System knowledge in WAMAS, SAP and Zendesk is an advantage
- User knowledge of MS Office programmes
- Business fluent German skills
